Resveratrol is a chemical compound found in particular plants. It is called a phytoalexin because plants in nature generate it as an antibiotic material to fight both microorganisms and fungi. Plants containing resveratrol include the grapes and skins of grapes that make wine, raspberries, mulberries, blueberries and cranberries. Resveratrol can also be found in peanuts, certain pine trees.
You should always select the natural resveratrol products which are not unnaturally made supplements even though cost is cheaper. Intake of 25mg of reserevatrol tablet traces only 5mg per ml blood. Since resveratrol is still in its undeveloped phase with consideration to its benefits and any other side effects, going for a small dosage, Generally 15 mg to 20 mg per day should be sufficient. Resveratrol has the capability to restrain the ignitable cytokines and prevents development of cancer cells. Whenever any bacteria influence any of the cells present in our body, cytokine is released around that place so that the immune molecules can recognize the place and provide medication. But oxidation affects the cytokines also. These are the establishment for formation of cancer cells.
Reservatrol is also a great antioxidant. It helps in treating diseases like cancer, stroke, arthritis, cardiac related problems etc. It positively helps rinse the immune system. Children should not take high dose of reservatrol as it is an antioxidant, small amount of about 10mg per day can be given with 50% trans- reservatrol.
